Institute Park from 11:00 AM to Noon; Recovery Celebration Noon to 3:00
PM More Recovery Month events include: Massachusetts Organization for
Addiction Recovery (MOAR) March & Rally, September 18 from 9:00 AM
to 4:00 PM starting at Boston City Hall to the State House. The MOAR
Rally for Recovery in Springfield is September 18, from 9 AM to 4 PM.
